This document outlines acceptable use of the email service provider Swift Missive.
Users must not intentionally harm or hinder the operation of Swift Missive via DDoS-like behavior, or other behaviors.
The public Swift Missive demo account is intended to give potential buyers a chance to explore the tool without purchasing or providing credit card information.
Please agree to the following before using the demo account:
Usage of Swift Missive is at your own risk.
Users are responsible for ensuring their contact list emails are valid and opted-in. Swift Missive does offer a service that looks at email addresses and eliminates the invalid ones that it knows are invalid, but it is still up to the user to provide a list of valid email addresses.
Users who send too many emails that bounce, are marked as spam, etc, may have their accounts suspended or terminated without refunds. Note that we are VERY serious about keeping bounce rates and complaints low. If you buy lists of questionable quality or are spamming people, you'll want to use another ESP.
Users should be especially skeptical of the demo account, as it is PUBLIC and therefore content can be uploaded that is intended to harm your computer. We have taken our best steps to protect users of the demo account, but please be aware of the risks involved before using the demo account.
All new accounts start out in the Swift Missive sandbox. This is intended to help you set up your campaigns without accidentally sending an email campaign. It also helps us verify new accounts to make sure the businesses we are working with are legitimate.
Before we can promote you out of the sandbox, you must have at least: 1. a professional looking, real website, that is in good standing 2. a template created in the sandbox 3. an estimate of the maximum number of emails you want to send per day and per month. 4. a legitimate email owned by your company, that you'll be using in the "From" part of your emails.
We use a third party system to handle payments. You will be asked to pay for Swift Missive immediately after submitting the signup form.
Cancellation is allowed at any time, however you will not receive a partial refund if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, and your account will stay active until the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Failing to pay a bill will result in the immediate suspension of your account. Swift Missive may use 3rd party collection agencies to collect outstanding bills.
Refunds are not guaranteed, but you can request one by emailing support@swiftmissive.com.
Swift Missive reserves the right to terminate user accounts at any time for any reason. Common reasons for this kind of closure include but are not limited to:
We may periodically update our terms of service. Please check back occasionally for any updates.
