Swift Missive collects information on your usage of the system, including your user agent and other statistics such as IP address and email. Information we directly collect is only used internally, however through our use of 3rd party tools, we do share data with certain third parties.

Third party tools may set their own cookies. See the "Data shared with third parties" section for a list of tool vendors that may set cookies and have their own cookie policies.
To request the deletion of all of your data, please stop all upcoming email campaigns yourself (delete any blasts, delete all workflows, etc), then email support@swiftmissive.com and ask for a full closure of your account and for the deletion of your login information.
We give our best effort to fulfill such requests within 3 business days. However you are still responsible for any emails that are sent during that time, even if it takes us longer than 3 days to get to your request, so again please be sure to stop emails yourself before contacting us.
When a contact unsubscribes they will never receive another email via Swift Missive. However if a contact asks you to completely delete their information, please relay the request to support@swiftmissive.com and we will permanently delete all information we have on them. Please keep in mind that we will not have any safeguards in place that prevent them from being uploaded, so you will have to make sure to remove them from your end as well.
